A balanced horse feed for healthy development. A low energy, low protein formulation ideal for good doers. Contains vitamins and minerals to support healthy joints, hooves and coat.
This feed is a concentrated product which must be fed in conjunction with good quality forage. As a guide, provide 1-2kg of good quality forage per 100kg of bodyweight per day or access to pasture.
- Ensure horses have access to clean, fresh water and plain salt at all times.
- Introduce Cool & Kind Pellets into your horse’s daily ration slowly over 7 to 14 days.
- Divide the ration into two or more feeds if feeding more than 0.5kg/100kg bodyweight per day.
The following table may be used as a guide for recommended daily feeding rates of Cool & Kind Pellets. Feed amounts should be adjusted according to your horse’s bodyweight, condition and exercise condition, as well as the quality of forage available.
- This product does not contain restricted animal material. It should be fed only to horses.
- This feed should be hand fed. It is important to ensure good quality, clean water is always available and that troughs are cleaned daily.
